Having successfully led organizations through strong financial headwinds, program sunsets, shifting social and political landscapes, and a global pandemic (as well as rapid growth, brand transformation, and reimagined products, services and programs), I am keenly aware of the challenges of nonprofit organizations.

I have been in the nonprofit and education sectors for over thirty years. I was the CEO of a national nonprofit with a $126 million budget and nearly 200 staff for over ten years, and have many more years in the C-Suite.

I’m a strong advocate for systems that consider the data, but I put people at the center of solutions. As a mission-driven individual, I care deeply about nonprofit work, and understand that you do, too. I value and honor your work, and that’s reflected in how I show up with you and your organization.
